    Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.

    Learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses, and practice bandaging and splinting.

    Who Should Enroll?

    ✅ Non-divers: No prior experience? No problem! This course is open to anyone, regardless of their background.

    ✅ Future Rescue Divers: EFR certification is mandatory for anyone pursuing the PADI Rescue Diver course.

    ✅ Aspiring Divemasters: Start your professional diving journey with this essential requirement – and remember your EFR Primary and Secondary Care training must be less than 24 months old. If older this course is your opportunity for a brush up.

    What You’ll Learn:

    ✅ Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid).

    ✅ OBS OBS! How to administer emergency oxygen (the use of an Oxybox, a very common recuse kit in the field). This is an extra feature offered and included.

    ✅ Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

    ✅ Practical, scenario-based training that builds confidence and readiness.
